I would definitely recommend All Seasons Home Improvements to any of my family members or close friends. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The work was completed on time and I felt the workers took extra care in keeping their work area very neat. I did have two people stop and ring my doorbell to ask what company did my roof work. Now I think that alone speaks for itself.

Dear All Seasons Home Improvements,

I would like to take some time out of my busy schedule to recognize an individual you have working for your company. His name is Jaime Rivera. Back in July of this year, I was approached by Jaime and his associate Carl one afternoon. He explained how homeowners in Bartlett had been hit with hail damage within the last year and how homeowners' insurance companies cover full replacement of damage to roofs and siding. He offered to do an estimate and show me the damage. I took him up on it and let me tell you how extremely happy I was. I now have a brand new roof and siding. They even tore off the old roof instead of just putting the new one on top of the other. I was skeptical at first. I heard about these "storm chasers" who come from out of state, solicit business, and then deliver a sub-par product. I did a lot of research and chose to go with Jaime. I am very happy I did. Jaime's company, All Seasons, is "locally owned" and has been in business for decades. That meant a lot. He provided dozens of referrals in the area, so I was able to go check out his work. He also explained the entire process from start to end; giving me updates along the way and answering any and all questions. I found Jaime's company, All Seasons, only uses the best, high-grade siding and roofing around. I checked with other companies such as xxxxxx and found they deliver some of the lowest quality products. It's as if they were hiding something. I did not feel comfortable. If one is getting their roof and/or siding replaced, and the insurance company is paying for 100% replacement, every homeowner should accept top quality.

Days after receiving my check from my insurance company I picked out new colors for my roof and siding. Within a week Jaime's crew was at my house and tore off my old roof and put on the new one in just one day. Two days later the siding crew showed up. They had the whole house re-sided in two days. Wow, the house looked brand new!!! I cannot express how happy I was with Jaime's service and All Seasons Home Improvements. Since my total home makeover I've referred him five neighbors and two friends of mine, all of which are currently having Jaime and All Seasons take care of their homes. I will continue to refer Jaime and All Seasons as I enjoy my new home.

Dear Vince,

I know from sad experience how bad replacement window installation can be with some of these home improvement companies. Twice I had some windows installed. At first (both times!) I was happy with my new windows, the way they looked and the way they worked. But after a short time I found that I could not close them completely or lock them. I still can't to this day. Only one of the companies sent someone back to see what the trouble was. He was a big strong guy who closed one window with a lot of straining and grunting and said, "See, there's nothing wrong with this window." I would never again call anyone except All Seasons for replacement windows because I know what a great professional outfit you are!

I wanted to drop you a line and let you know how happy I am with the new vinyl siding and aluminum trim on my home. Frankly it exceeded our expectations in a number of ways. First off, your installation crew was exceptional. They cleaned up after themselves daily, were never intrusive, and were all about business. They worked very hard on this job. I don’t know the man’s name that actually did the trim around my curved windows, but he was a true craftsman. All of my neighbors have come over to see the completed work and were very impressed. At no time did you ever high pressure me to make a decision, and were at all times very responsive and truthful with me. It was for this reason that I felt free to recommend you to several of my neighbors. I also was impressed when you told me not to pay you anything until the job was completed to my satisfaction, and then truly meant it. Never once did you push for payment in fact I had to call you to have you pick up the check. It was a pleasure doing business with you Dan and I wish you all the success in the future.
